MeWo S.r.l., founded in 2010 in Varese, just a few kilometers from Milan–Malpensa Airport, was established by Massimo Scodellaro and Paolo Tettamanti. From the beginning, the company has followed a true turnkey philosophy—offering in-house CAD design, laser cutting, bending, welding, and painting. While acoustic panels are fully managed internally, exterior finishes are entrusted to specialized partners. The result: fully assembled units—such as modular enclosures—that can be simply bolted together without welding.

At the heart of MeWo’s success is its ability to handle orders of any size—from single prototypes to large production runs—across a wide range of materials and thicknesses: steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum, from ultra-thin 0.5 mm sheets to 30 mm plates, with a focus on high-volume production up to 10 mm thickness.
However, after years of working with turret punches and a CO₂ laser, the company began to feel the limitations: slower cutting speeds, high maintenance demands, and insufficient versatility to meet the expectations of today’s demanding customers.
Eagle eVision 8 kW: The Heart of the New Workshop
During an intensive six‑month evaluation period, Massimo Scodellaro and his team toured workshops equipped with various solutions, bringing samples of every material to test cutting quality and speed. After thorough analysis, they decided on the 8 kW Eagle eVision.

Today’s Successes, Tomorrow’s Goals
The economic impact was immediate: higher efficiency translated into lower operating costs and increased margins, enabling MeWo to offer more competitive quotes and win new customers. Post‑sale support has equally proven the decision right.
