Founded in 1982, in Pozzo d’Adda, just outside Milan, OR S.r.l. has long been a trusted name in metalworking. In 2015, a new chapter began when Alessandro Pasini set out to modernize production and elevate the company’s technical standards.
“We serve the tertiary market and machine-tool sector—welding machines, load-bearing metal structures, woodworking equipment, and much more,” he explains. “We process aluminum, iron, and stainless steel in thicknesses up to 20 mm. In‑house, we handle cutting, bending, and welding, then outsource painting and galvanizing.”
Motivated by the need for higher cutting quality, faster turnaround, and lower energy consumption, Pasini began evaluating next-generation machines. A trusted industry contact pointed him to Eagle, a Polish manufacturer with a strong reputation for performance.
“To remain competitive, I replaced our old CO₂ laser with fiber‑laser technology. A friend in the business told me: ‘Look at the Polish machines — you might be surprised.’ And he was right,” says Pasini.

“We bought the Inspire 6 kW and felt the difference from day one — cleaner cuts, faster production, less energy waste. It gave us a new rhythm. It happened to us often to lose quotes with the previous machine. That doesn't happen with this one.”

Operators quickly adapted to the intuitive interface, and the machine began handling a wide range of projects across various sectors. “It’s not just the machine — it’s how quickly our people got up to speed. That intuitive control panel makes all the difference.”
Thanks to the speed and efficiency of the Eagle system, OR S.r.l. has become more flexible in taking on diverse client requests and faster in delivering results. “Having this machine makes us quicker with quotes, quicker with delivery. Our flexibility went way up, and so did our customer satisfaction.”
Beyond technical performance, the investment has delivered strong financial returns. “We ran the numbers. It didn’t just make our work better — it made the company more profitable. That’s real impact,” Pasini emphasizes.

With the Eagle system now a central part of the workshop, OR S.r.l. has not only elevated its production quality but also its reputation in the market. “People look at us differently now. When clients see the Eagle machine — and our results — they know we’re serious.”
When asked whether he would recommend Eagle to others, Pasini doesn't hesitate — but he adds with a laugh: “I’d recommend it to everyone — except my competitors!”
Looking ahead, OR S.r.l. plans to continue investing in innovation while maintaining the customer-focused values that have guided it since its founding. “This machine helped us make a leap. Now we’re thinking about the next one — new markets, more automation. I’m proud of the choice we made.”
